Terlingua Titanium Gravel Bike (Archived Model)

The Terlingua Titanium was a ti version of our steel model. Over the years we introduced minor changes such as slightly taller head tube lengths and a dropper port. In late 2022, we launched the new Terlingua SL Titanium which is a more race minded version of the Terlingua platform using a different tubing spec as well.

The Terlingua Titanium represents the pinnacle combination of gravel geometry, component compatibility, and tire clearance. A lightweight frame with a team tested tube-set the Terlingua is focused on all road race performance. Features like: Sliding Paragon Machine Works dropout inserts, industry leading compatibility for tire clearance (up to 700c x 50mm or 650b x 2.1”) and big chainring clearances for 1x and 2x drivetrain styles mean the Terlingua will find a home in your bike stable for years of service. The titanium frame’s brushed finish is extremely durable and is easy keep looking new for the life of the bike, custom finishes are also available. Ride Quality

• The titanium tube-set is tuned for responsiveness that accelerates fast with stable handling

• Inspired by our steel Terlingua we chose titanium tube dimensions for comfort from the seat-stay through the top tube junction

• Compared to our steel Terlingua this Titanium version has similar dampening capabilities, but returns to its original position faster resulting in a lively feel

• This balance of strength and suppleness paired to the Terlingua’s geometry is designed track through rough gravel grinding conditions

• Size specific bottom bracket heights fine tune the balance point for cornering to maximize fit performance

• The Terlingua titanium is designed to perform on long endurance gravel rides and races across varied terrain

• All tubes are heat sunk and argon purged when welded to prevent distortion and material thinning

Terlingua Ti Frame Specs & Compatibility

The Terlingua gravel bike is designed to be extremely compatible with a wide range of tire sizes and drivetrains. Frames come with dropout inserts, rear axle and seatpost clamp.

• Fork: 395mm/398mm axle to crowns are optimal. ENVE Adventure Gravel or G Series forks recommended

• Suggested Stem Lengths:

  • On size 52cm (60-90mm)

  • On sizes 54-56cm (70-110mm)

  • On sizes 58-60cm (80-120mm)

• Headset S.H.I.S.: ZS44 Upper/ EC44 Lower for Tapered 1.5” or Straight Forks

• Hub Spacing: 142x12

• PMW Sliding Dropout Options: Geared, single speed or Rohloff, thru axle or quick release

• Rear Axle: 142x12x1.5 thread pitch (164mm total length) (comes with frame)

• Powermeter: We recommend Easton or Rotor spindle based power meters, they stay more protected from gravel.

• Seat Post: Post 27.2mm / Clamp 34.9mm (comes with frame) Frame also includes a dropper port for internal droppers.

• Braking: Available with flat mount 160 or post mount 160 PMW inserts

• Cable Routing: Standard cable routing goes under the down tube via PMW bolt on cable guides and then onto the chain-stays.

• H20 Capacity: 3 bottles on all sizes

• Fenders: The frame does not have fender mounts. Traditional fenders are not recommended since this is a gravel focused bike.

• Rack mounts: We offer Old Man Mountain racks, who makes a USA made thru-axle mounted rack that can hold up to 70lbs, it is more secure for the rack and goods and it better protects the frame then a traditionally mounted rack. We can provide these with the bike if interested.
